You did a beautiful job with the paper and you are very talented. This is a tough economy. Spend some time with your beautiful children and I am sure from that will rise another of your creations. I look forward to reading about your successes. Everything happens for a reason but we don’t know what it is until it happens.
Sandy Volpe, Billerica Schools

Liana,
I was amazed at how quickly you turned an idea into reality, and how you became a media juggernaut and business expert, helping so many around you, whether it was promoting their event, supporting their endeavors, or helping their business reach a whole new client base. I've said it before, and I will say it again (and again and again), you are an inspiration. And you always will be. It's a sad day, and the town's a little less bright without the Green.Max Bowen, Billerica Minuteman

You will be missed more than you'll ever know. "The Green" helped us with what to do, where to go, what to try new, where to eat, where to play mini golf indoors and a zillion other things. The columns, news, letters, ads, contests were great!
Did you consider taking a poll to see if people would be interested in
paying for the paper? Worth a shot. Good luck and always keep trying

I cant believe you are not the editor anymore. I am shocked and surprised at the same time. You are the greatest ediror in Billerica Green history. It won't be the same without you. You gave us the heart of hearts award last year. I will remember you as one of the most kindest people I've ever met from the Billerica community, besides TILL Central of course.

Hi Liana,
OH, SOooooo Sorry to Hear It!!!! I will Greatly miss The Billerica Green. I loved getting it at the library and reading it! My daughter or I ended up in various articles or letters to the editor, so it was even better! : ) I remember first meeting you at some Chelmsford Mothers' Club events before, a Mom's brunch 1 or 2 times I think?
I envy you for having had such a great run as Editor etc. of the paper. What a great job it must have been along with being a Mom of 3 lovely children, right? See you around town and hope that just possibly in the future you might bring it back if economy gets better?... : )
Tell the people that run the paper thanks so much for the time you did do it. My whole family loved it and read it, even my daughter, now just turned 7.
Thanks!
Karen Cole, Reader
